• 15 Front lateral raise (all the way up)
• 15 Squat Bicep curl Shoulder press
• 10 Box crawl Push-up: each side
• 7 Push-up Squat Lateral Raise
• 10 Lunge Shoulder press: each leg
• 10 Push-up Row
• 15 Deadlift Front lateral raise
👉 30sec rest between exercises, 2min rest after each round (go for 2-3 rounds).
