2. jumping lunges into Squat
3. 5 mountain climbers 1 push up (go on your knees if difficult)
4. super high knee jumps
👉🏼 perform each exercise for 1min, one after the other with no rest in between.
Go for 2-3 rounds with 2min rest between rounds.
